And they're still lying to you every hour. That company was just created by a criminal xu months ago. They do not make any product and that company name exists in a mail box office rental. Seeing someone on zoom doesn't mean they're the real deal.

But you know this and want to sell your shares. That's legal and good for you. Promoting this like it's a legitimate merger and venture is not fine and you're to be considered as scamy as the xu crew.

You, mr. ex-principal of a-c-cr can very well be one of the main players in this scam. Somehow I don't find that difficult to believe any more.
