Wait Sir, I believe I've interacted before, my name is Patrick J Jensen, and as of today, I own all restricted 27,106,879. Almost 9% of ACCR...and I accepted $25,000 from a TD Bank in Canada....I have no idea who sent it....but it was not via the escrow account. and then.............i guess i deserve it, i got stiffed with $34,000 in bills.....i mean, come on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I gave them signatures on some documents....without reading them....because I trusted the lawyer, and obviously that was a MISTAKE. Mt lawyer, STEVE MILLS turned on me, and called me a LIAR and a FRAUD!!! right after we agreed to MERGER of a $100,000,000 China company. Now in Circuit Court....he told our JUDGE of 2 companies he was putting in ACCR....my ears peaked a bit when he told the JUDGE these words...I was first to report this weeks ago.
I have invested in my company shares...started buying ACCR stock in 1999 at $4.45 a share.....all the way down to DEATH in 2015 trade at $.000001...............but I have NEVER diluted my shell. NEVER!!!
I think we also get that new MARKET MAKER to put up risk capital.....my bet in my MIND!!!!
I believe in dilution...DONE THE RIGHT WAY, and with the right people. If these people are MAKING the electric cars....then won't the money raised HERE.....via EQUITY.....be better than a LOAN? EQUITYT raised for a CHINA ELECTRIC CAR COMPANY...located in CHINA!

If we do get a FORM 211 application with FINRA.....I say, BAMM!!!!! Right to $1.....we deserve it, and then from higher levels, we begin a small program to accredited investors to raise the money....I say, FORM 10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sure....it certainly an EXCITING MARKET....new and innovation...I browed the WEBSITE this morning when it was up and running. This person LI appears to be a VISIONARY. I've never met him.
