Here is my opinion
If you want in your have to pay for the shares there are no shares available at this price, most shares being dealt at these levels are shorts and day traders, if you want to her to the jackpot of 50-500$ You have to pay for it at these low entry level prices

Large number of shares held by long time shareholders that are not going away easily most of them waited between 10-20 years and can wait a couple more

LPC is no longer an issue IMO. I’m hoping we hear soon that LPC contract has been consumed and will NOT be renewed (even if it is at this share price LPC has no muster)
