Understand for his own piece of mind but it took 2 days to say it's in the hands of the sec? Couldn't he been told that over the phone as in a week ago. Starting to wonder if these 2 had a past between them. Like I said before alot of theatrics nothing more. If anything at least lemons complied with the sec and waiting on judgement being handed down. He easily could've announced that alone himself without all this drama.
