Which makes sense as one can’t know everything except for that which is being provided. Of course some investigation can happen but I would imagine that would be costly and lead to what the company would want you to see anyhow.

That being said I suppose they are a part of being current so it shows the company is checking the boxes in terms of being current based on otc standards.
