Thanks. That’s helpful. Yes even at the bottom of page two is states that all their opinions are based on assumptions that the financials and docs provided by the company are legit and also that no independent investigation was undertaken to ensure the information is accurate.

Sometimes I find people in forums flashing these letters and then saying “see everything about the company is legit or else the lawyers would be disbarred”.
