MY DEAR EX FELLOW SHAREHOLDER OF DEFUNCT MSX!

I only post in an attempt to open your mind & eyes to see that we ALL have been taken by the EMBEZZLERS! NO shareholders vote on the $6 million dollar give away! NONE! WHY MR.JOHNSON.?..WHY??? What HONEST CEO of as PUBLIC COMPANY would give away to a KNOWN CON MAN, DOPENDIARRHEA,the treasury of a public company without shareholder approval unless it was to benefit his own pockets?
Why was it not given to a legal team who would confirm that the DOPE had clean and clear titles to MINA PASCUA before participating in a $6 million FRAUD? ONLY a GINNY did this to keep up his high lifestyle. A lifestyle that he lived treating MSX as HIS personal company. This is not the conduct of a public company executive and President..NO WAY JOSE! The desperate DOPEY conspired with the GUZZLER to split the booty of the MSX Treasury. Why else would the CEO of MSX give the treasury funds to DOPENDIARRHEA without any confirmation by a legal team of ownership of MSX titles??
Before meeting to conspire with GINNY, LOPEY THE DOPE was unemployable and BROKE...A FACT!!They BOTH saw a way of filling their pockets knowing that DOPEY owned NOTHING to any titles in Chile or elsewhere. But the BIG LIE could be played out for years.
The BCSC did NOT plan to bring down MSX. The FRAUDSTER GINNY did so with his false & phoney press releases. No one else.

It was over from day one when the embezzlers embezzled the MSX Shareholders without their permission by a vote to approve or not!...A FACT!!
