Eddie Vakser is running two OTC "shell risk" tickers-- his old Protek Capital (PRPM) -and- Black Dragon Resources (BDGR).

The infamous BDGR had been dormant since 09/30/2011. Then, out of the blue, on 2/24/21 Eddie Vakser magically gains control and starts uploading news and disclosures (giant nothing burgers) to OTC.

PRPM's last disclosure was on 10/29/2015-- nearly 6 years ago. But on 3/19/21 he suddenly gains access and begins to resurrect it as well.

3/16/21 (3 days before apparently gaining access to OTC) he published a PR --not on OTC but elsewhere-- claiming PRPM had "acquired BDGR" as a subsidiary.

He managed to get both tickers uplisted to Pink/Current in record time. And both are supposedly involved in a crypto/NFT scheme involving artworks he has that he alleges are worth upwards of $20 million --not including all his NFT malarkey.

Since then he has gone on a dilution fest along with BDGR --increasing burning right thru the existing 30 billion A/S which he increased to 40 billion.

He also announced plans to give PRPM shareholders "2 shares of BDGR for each share of PRPM" they own as a "dividend." But in order to make good on that promise, Eddie will have to authorize and issue an additional 18.4 BILLION new BDGR shares thus blowing up the O/S to at least 58.4 BILLION.

Aside from UITA, he has also been making claims about sending 50,000 volts thru his old Tradestar Resources (TSRR) which has been rotting since 2009.

Call me crazy but I'm beginning to think this UITA shell scam convinced him there was gold in his old dead tickers. So much so, he abandoned his PBHG which he has allowed to drop from pink/current to STOP. It and his SUTI were supposed to collaborate in a big marijuana juggernaut but they've apparently been mothballed for the moment.
