Gary, good and valid points. The G7 reached agreement this month on global minimum tax which should “tap the breaks” on offshoring. Domestically a flat tax would/could be an easy an equatable solution, but I don’t see any solution coming anytime soon……paraphrasing Churchill “You can count on America to do the right thing……. after exhausting all other options.” …….. I expect we still have some more options (not stock) to exhaust.*

*Said the man who made 2nd prepayment on 2021 estimated taxes this week….only two more to go.
