PR says date of "closing" -- I presume of merger. If that is the case, my opnion is that in order to be on stock register, a sale within 3 days of that merger closing would cause you not to get the 1.3 split.
As we don't know the date of the "closing", a sale of USSE at this point may risk you not getting the split, assuming the "closing" occurs within 3 days of your repurchase. Comments? Am I seeing this correctly?
