Right, dormant zombie stocks can make scammers millions. Look at how it works in the REAL WORLD. FRCN is not immune

Please tell me you're joking. Make scammers millions?? You know how many "dormant zombie stocks" have gone from no bid or .0001 to multiple pennies and beyond because of a reverse merger? Hundreds have, if not thousands. But you know this! What scammers made millions when TS*NP/HM*BL went from triple zeros to nearly 2 dollars?? How about right now as we speak, a stock like AV*VH has made many millionaires already, and it's the farthest thing from a scam. The stock has gone from .0002 up to .094, a gain of 47,000%. FORTY SEVEN THOUSAND PERCENT!! No scam whatsoever. Just a good, ol' fashioned, LEGAL reverse merger. There are so many happening like this every day. They may not all be 47,000%, but plenty of stocks have gone up thousands of percent due to very legal, non-scammer custodianship/reverse merger situations. (And it happens without the custodian as well, of course). Average everyday people are making huge sums of money from these reverse mergers.

You gave me an example of scammers using zombie shells to fleece people out of their money. So yes, it can happen. As can Enron. And WorldCom. And Bernie Madoff. Every single sector in life can have a scam artist hurt people. Does it happen more on the otc markets than elsewhere? Absolutely. But anyone who waits to buy a shell after a known custodian files the motion to take control (and wins) is avoiding a pump and dump or other scam. As for FRCN, I haven't seen anyone on this board try to suggest the stock is something it isn't. There's no attempt to pump and front load. We all know this is pure speculation, and we're just trying to get out in front of a possible custodianship play. This IS a good candidate for it, based solely on share structure, market cap, and the current owners have done nothing in years. No one is pumping this, or trying to convince others on iHub that it's "about to be a custodianship play", or saying "any minute this will go to da' moon". This is a good candidate, I won't be surprised if someone files to take control, and if that happens the stock will fly. If it never happens, and no filings or anything ever gets done, then the stock won't go higher. It will go down in fact. And on 9/26 it will really go down....to they greys. But we know that.
