Why bother until ELD uncertainty is cleared up.

If I were a big player with deep pockets I would not spend a dime trying to bet on who gets ELD cert done. I'll wait and pay up a little more to know I have a certified product.

Plus I would be willing to pay a premium for first mover advantage, but no way would I would I waste time or money on pure speculation of certification.
