Close the price does matter for us?

Close price does matter to the public who are a major part of the stock. if the public see the stoke close price keep drop like SGSI before, they will join in to sell. if the public see SGSI price up slightly every day, they will hold their shares tight and try to buy more, it should be the pattern for right now since hire wire will have more good news coming and end of dead debt.

Close price also does matter for the merge value, high wire valued at 15m at the 90 days average stock price, current we at 0.30, so we need issue 50mil shares, if the price goes above $1 ( after hire wire post profit), we only need issue 15mil shares, so it depends on us to decide the dilution.
