Fernhill Corp. (OTC Pink: FERN) is pleased to provide this corporate update for all shareholders of the Company.

As a follow up to our detailed growth and acquisition plans press release sent out two weeks ago, we felt it was appropriate to provide a brief update as to our plans:

Progress is still being made towards completing an acquisition by the end of July. Currently, one of our most promising prospects is a SaaS like crypto mining software company that has built a dynamic platform to help democratize and optimize crypto mining for anyone and everyone at scale. We are currently in due diligence with the company and anticipate being able to complete the acquisition in the next few weeks. However, all acquisitions are subject to completing due diligence, completing definitive agreements between both parties and obtaining financing.

"Right now, were all about building a solid foundation to expand upon and go vertical with Fernhill and to be able to make strategic and accretive acquisitions. In order to achieve a goal like listing on Nasdaq, we need to make sure we clean up the Companys corporate structure, have certain corporate actions take place and establish solid ground to build upon now and in the future. A meaningful amount of my personal net worth is tied to Fernhills success and Im completely committed to the ongoing growth and building shareholder value for the Company. stated Chris Kern. While we all want things to happen faster and would love to be trading on Nasdaq yesterday, being pragmatic and creating a well-planned strategy is required to help ensure that we stay on track and complete the proper steps and process to get the next level. As we stand today were in the first inning of our plan and have quite a few initiatives working in parallel that are designed to achieve our goals. In addition I have to thank all of our shareholders, old and new, for your continued support and interest in Fernhill. At the end of the day, this is your company and I take the responsibility of being a good steward for Fernhill and our mission very seriously,
