Uber- Company has ZERO working cap - no money and the CEO has put everything he has into this deal . So the only way to raise is the toxic route- This Dog wont hunt. Seizure of a property must be devastating to the CEO but wait he took stock- what does he care. shareholders should demand the preferred stock back and the funny thing is he is earning 5% while the shareholders lose the asset.
