In thinking about what the company's doing, I certainly don't know, but if by chance they're actually working with the FDA or other regulators directly, as they prepare the BLA for submission, perhaps by rolling submission, I can think of nothing more important that they could be doing.

Sure, investors want TLD, they want peer reviewed data, and yes, in time we are entitled to it, the company has a fiduciary responsibility to provide it to us. Certainly getting this done should be of priority, but I don't believe anyone can say it should be higher priority than working with the regulators and gaining approval. It's also very possible that while all this is going on their are also discussion and negotiations with a potential partner or buyer.

I'm as eager as anyone to see the trial results, but I also believe the company has a plan, and I'm willing to wait for their plan to come to fruition.
