Good insights & question nsomniyak,

"It is a function of past share prices. not predictive of the future."


I agree all stocks are generally based on previous performance like earnings, MC and yes there is no guarantee that being on the Russell will reflect any future positive growth orperformance. (That's managements job)


With The Russell Index it is more important imo that IDEX will be open to new funds to buy and hold and hopefully that will reflect in price action in the market.
