And if I may I'd like to add to your great list a few items that some people here seem to easily lose sight of not taking responsibility and instead blame others for:

The OTC:

1) is an unregulated market

2) is very high risk

3) is highly volatile

4) OTC Message Boards Posters POST their OPINIONS that may or may NOT pan out, and those who disagree or question their OPINIONS should IGNORE their perspective

5) OTC Market Makers (ALL OF THEM) are PRIMARILY in it for THEMSELVES although they're responsible for "making a market" and AT WILL they routinely Naked Short Sell Stocks to the ground like what they did recently to the entire OTC where most OTC stocks lost 70% or more of their value; then they gradually begin BUYING BACK and run selected stocks right back up to the top much higher than before and Sell thereby reaping major profits in BOTH directions, and worse yet, the SEC let's them get away with it!
