The company has admitted that unblinded analysis by experts and independent statisticians hired by the company was still occurring on May 12. They then admitted that company (and expert) review of data summaries and data was already taking place by May 18. It takes some back and forth between reading the entirety of the October 5 PR in juxtaposition with the May 12 PR and May 18 ASM transcription (and also the March 16 PR). It is to NWBO’s credit or fault that they force people to go back and read the October PR and tie it up with their language in two May communications (and one March PR), but that is how they prefer to do things. LP used very precise key words on May 18 and then referred us back to that October document, which uses the same key words, the most important one being “review.”
