I agree with armstjo1 to just make multiple orders yourself. But from my understanding of that iceburg tactic is the same as stacking the ask. Intended purpose is to stop price movement from going up. But with the small batches, people who are watching L2 would be more inclined to smack a 10k ask versus a 10M ask in hopes for the price to move up? Also retailers won't know how much they need to buy before that wall breaks.

So I think it's a psychological game they are playing.
