Mr Clemons needs to answer the SEC first.
I mailed the SEC and they did answer me.
He has to explain why he did not file.
As in several PR's Clemons stated that they will be current soon he has to explain that. If they are delisted then relisting can be done by filing two years.
Imo the acquisition is a fact but PKG, EMA and shareholders are not happy with this way or treating loyal shareholders.
