Hahaha, ok...I'm on it! I bought a ton more today, because I believe the delay is just that and nothing more. I also think AlphaRidge will be granted the new request for expedited hearing. I can't believe the judge gave more time because the current owners contested at the last minute. They had plenty of time to contest and not wait until last minute. And they had even more time to run the damn company well lol. 3+ years without a filing and now they care? BUT.....we should win either way. If they truly have a compelling option that is better than going with AlphaRidge (in the judge's mind), then it should be good for us too. Everyone hates uncertainty, but I do think AlphaRidge wins in the end anyway.
