In my experience they usually run BEFORE merger/acquisition-announcement, and I've seen em run and rerun, so hopefully we can here. We ran to .174 before we even had a LOI, much less a merger announcement, so who knows maybe we can threaten .20 before merger is announced. I'm trying to decide if I'm ready to get my hopes up and get too excited LOL.
