The meeting lasted about a half hour. It started with Brian Imrie going over the proxy vote and we now have 4 directors. The majority voted FOR. That was about half the time of the meeting.
Andrew was up next and he spent time doing an overview of the company which is stuff we already know here. Next he did an recap of the last 6 months which included....

Resume trading. not much on this

Financial. a little overview of share offer and the $$$ raised

Governance. we know have 4 directors

Successful Res POC. which was with Tier 1 company not named

Looking ahead. Build off the POC in commercial and that sounded like the Tier 1 they worked with helped generate interest in our product. And also secure Silicon Partnerships and he mentioned these would be orders of 5 million or more which would take about 18-24 months to fulfill or I guess build. Hopefully we will see some of this over the next 3 months.
