Apple gives a crap about LQMT.

Lugee Li isn't sharing any of his CHINA developed IP with Apple.

LQMT itself isn't developing ANY IP.

Apple has exclusive rights to CE patents in PERPETUITY.

They don't consult sheet with BB and Team. They simply follow the rules laid out in the CIP MTA made between LQMT and APPLE. They are totally within compliance.

Apple does WATT they want under the MTA for the benefit of APPLE period.

Nothing of Apple benefits LQMT, because they are prohibited from CE.

Apple is not developing anything NON-CE.

Even the crumbs of APPLE R&D with BMG will not benefit LQMT since the directions of the two companies markets do not overlap. Any overlap problems have already been cleaned up between Apple and other companies, say, like SWATCH, where the markets of the two companies are CLEARLY defined.

LQMT is an ORPHAN.

It has no management.
It has no parents.
It has a building and collects rent.
