Is this a pump and dump. Seems like there is a false narrative

Farthest thing from a pump and dump. The stock rose from trips because some people either guessed it would be a good custodian play, and/or some people knew that AlphaRidge would be filing a motion to become custodian. Once they did, the stock continued moving higher as it seemed the motion would likely go unopposed by current ownership. Between the excellent share structure and the fact that AlphaRidge is a hot custodian right now, many people think this can really fly (me included). Then today...one day before the court hearing tomorrow...the current owners file that they'll be fighting the motion to appoint AlphaRidge as custodian. The stock sold off hard on that news.

I said this morning that I don't believe the current owners have much chance of winning. AlphaRidge will be named custodian tomorrow (in my opinion), and the stock will continue its rise to copper and beyond. Way beyond. On the very slim chance that the current owners DO win and keep control, they would have to have convinced the judge that keeping them in charge is better for shareholders than bringing in a custodian that will absolutely be excellent for existing shareholders. So....either we win, or we win. In my opinion, the selloff is based on two things:

First, the George Sharp/RE*TC debacle is fresh on everyone's mind. No one wants to have that happen to the them, so people sold off hard. In my opinion, this situation is nothing like that one. Chalk and cheese as my British stepfather always said.

The other reason for the selloff is the fear that current ownership won't do anything to bring significant value to shareholders if they win. That just can't happen though (again, in my opinion). If current ownership does win, there will most certainly be a follow-up court date to see how things are going. If they're doing nothing, AlphaRidge will be named custodian. But honestly, I don't see current ownership winning tomorrow. They haven't even submitted any financials in over 3 years.

Tomorrow will prove me right or wrong, but I think today's dip was a spectacular buying opportunity. And buy I did....
