inflated prices are here to stay and will become the new normal prices as the lumber and metal prices are skyrocketing as there isn't enough supply to meet the demand for building new homes. At one point buying the depressed business/commercial property was a good idea to rezone but not anymore as the virus situation is almost nil back to those pre Corona times and the commercial property prices are not going down as expected hoping the business will turnaround as before. So, if you have extra cash, I would just put it in NWBO!
