OCLG weakness this morning is an unbelievable buying opportunity in my opinion. The current owners deciding to contest the custodianship at the last minute is a joke. No filings for 3 and a half years, but suddenly they care about the shareholders? Judge will see this for exactly what it is. And the judge has one responsibility: make a decision that is in the best interest of the shareholders. So either go in favor of deadbeat current owners, or go in favor of AlphaRidge, who will clean this up and bring in a company with real value. Because of the RE*TC debacle with George Sharp, people are panicking I believe. I don't see any way the current owners win tomorrow.

On the flip side....if the current owners DO win, it can only be because they present to the judge an extremely compelling case for how they are going to bring significant value to shareholders. In my opinion, that can only mean that they have been working behind the scenes to find someone to reverse merge in, and actually have made significant progress. It's not like they have a legitimate, profitable business going here that they can just "work harder at" and make the judge think it's worth keeping going. So if the current owners actually have a good plan to bring someone in.....just like the owners at WS*GF did when they successfully won against David Lazar to keep control.....then it's a win for shareholders anyway. Either way, we'll do well.

All just my opinion of course
