On the flip side....if the current owners DO win, it can only be because they present to the judge an extremely compelling case for how they are going to bring significant value to shareholders. In my opinion, that can only mean that they have been working behind the scenes to find someone to reverse merge in, and actually have made significant progress. It's not like they have a legitimate, profitable business going here that they can just "work harder at" and make the judge think it's worth keeping going. So if the current owners actually have a good plan to bring someone in.....just like the owners at WS*GF did when they successfully won against David Lazar to keep control.....then it's a win for shareholders anyway. Either way, we'll do well.
