Here is the information your asking for. When Henry places a bid and wins a PPP project he must provide the 15-20% up front cost of the project as a holding. Then he has 16 month to secure the remaining funding. Using the Luxembourg Fund as the funding vehicle for international investment is how these projects will mostly be funded.

He will also tap into some funding directly from the Vietnam Government depending on the project (IE roads, ports, hospitals, ETC). If you have an understanding of how municipals work on the USA side then you will get the basic understanding of how the PPP works.

Attached are some of the projects found and some announced but the list is not complete. Look at the cost of the project to determine the total money set aside. Look at the company named in the project. Henry and PHIL will provide the funding directly through PHIL or to sub companies. Those sub companies may have there own CEO and a management fee will roll back to PHIL. If it's the Government backing the project then the Government pays the fee. Henry will only be facilitating the majority of projects via funding. Some he will take on directly like the ADE.

Look at the PR's and what companies are involved. We know 22 names housing projects will be announced. We know 44 projects for PPP will be announced. Those projects will span many sectors of the economy. Companies will ask Henry for funding. The more international funding Henry can secure. The more revenues that roll back. Henry will also use the money from the stock, ADE, Vinafilms and other sub companies directly owned to grow the Luxembourg Funding. The money to win the PPP is coming from Vinafilms revenues currently.
