Then he has 16 month to secure the remaining funding. Using the Luxembourg Fund as the funding vehicle for international investment is how these projects will mostly be funded.

Henry will also use the money from the stock, ADE, Vinafilms and other sub companies directly owned to grow the Luxembourg Funding. The money to win the PPP is coming from Vinafilms revenues currently.
