I'm not saying this is the case, but if the time Duffy came to work for NWBO a confidentiality agreement was signed with Merck, if it still is in existence today it's very possible that Merck actually had access to the data right along side NWBO's contractors, before the company ever saw it.

I don't know that this is the case, but is anyone certain that it isn't.
