High level White Collar crime is very rarely if ever punished by incarceration. Companies are levied fines and life goes on.
In actuality if Governments are found culpable they receive a few days of harsh language are awarded some pity and life goes on. Nobody but nobody is going to jail.

JL if your claims thing for Pascua Lama does not work out for you, you can become a Jehovah's Witness as their claims to the doomed end are never really expected to come true anyway.
