It will be interesting to see how this plays out. I keep reading that the settlement will be in the Billions but I am going to bet that the settlement will be much smaller and Carter will do a licensing agreement with a company he controls/owns - Carter is desperate for money as he has living off of the litigation funds.

I don't see a pathway to payment for shareholders - but shareholders should have filed a lawsuit when Carter didn't cure the delinquencies and got a TRO on the revocation.
