I might agree with what you said about baby bios... but I've studied them closely as well, and especially AVXL for 10 years now, and I do feel it follows technical math track patterns when the news cycle is quiet. Today the quietness stopped. The technical picture will start taking over again when the dust settles.
Folks that were expecting a news cycle got their wish. and I think the more time goes by now, it will become much more like you described, a science fundamental investment, and less of a technical trader.
Where is Adam Feuerstein when we need him now?? lol

Still now....watch the price action here at the resistance area pause, this 21/22/20 area, the 5 minute chart can show some key clues. Its bleeding upward still today, but If folks want to buy the pullback, where are those targets now? the chart is already starting to show the pressure points and support points to start watching for.

Trading strategies are ok. not worse than buy and hold. If someone took profit at 25 last time, 4 thousand shares =100K If they could see the best buy target around 11 dollars they could have bought the 4K shares back at 44K and made the 60K profit, and then they could afford to buy a steak for dinner.
