Over time the OS has increased to just about 26 Billion shares. But Henry the CEO has said there will be a share buyback once current of 15 billion or more shares if needed that will all be retired shares. Through past DD on this board by excellent posters, it is estimated that he could have already bought back 20 billion shares which would leave about 6 Billion left. That's a HUGE buyback and will make the share price increase tremendously with that alone.

Include the catalysts that will happen once current, it will continue to increase the pps. There are great things happening with PHIL's many sub companies under PHIL's bank fund umbrella. Plus Henry has said he has surprises that will make shareholders very happy for waiting to becoming current. He can't discuss/reveal until we're current which is soon.
