It all reads as bad faith actions by FDA staff. And I think it read that way to the board members who have since resigned over the decision. And, with that, to the medical profession, investors, and the public at large.

I am sure Dunn et al. have found some way to justify it to themselves, but that only would show how far they have strayed from respecting their work and the public trust.
