Out of curiosity, do the investors here believe that NWBO would be legally violating anything if prior to TLD, Journal or technical presentation, they've actually completed and submitted their BLA to the regulators. I've never heard of such a thing happening, but I don't know that it isn't possible.

I think it's certain that they're working on the BLA, and may be producing a rolling BLA for some, if not all the regulators. Could you imagine the reaction to a TLD statement if it included that a BLA has been submitted and the PFUDA date is XX-XX-2021. I've never seen such an action, don't believe that's the case here, but thought it worthy of speculation.
