They will probably have a clean room available on site, but the cassette is usually not electronic but operated by a device, so most likely you’d transfer the hermetically sealed cassette to another device. If the cassette itself is not working, hopefully they have a clean room to transfer the product either to another device or to the lean room procedure. But these kinds of issues also likely happen with other cell therapy processes. I would not sweat it at this stage. I am sure they have procedures and are working through all of these issues. This kind of minutiae is probably not going to be solved by any of us here.
