Not necessarily, let me point out some things which may change your mind, remember these are just my opinions and nothing more, here it is in point form;

• Clemons has invested 1-2 estimated million of his own money seeing this through.

• Clemons after all these years probably doesn’t want to lose everything he’s worked for, it wouldn’t make sense.

•PKG probably wouldn’t sell to a random fly by nighter and ruin their reputation by selling to some quack.

•the merger has had many hardships along the way, death within a company, years worth of filings that need updating, the SEC cracking down on all stocks that are not up to date and most frustrating is BAD PR on Clemons behalf ??

• CBBT is listed in the FDA website and is awaiting stage 1 of its trials within a years time or less hopefully.

Now for the bad news IMO;

•I have a feeling the suspension will come, but I honestly can’t see Clemons taking forever to become current again, he has way too much to lose to not pull through and make this successful.

• yes we will have lower PPS but buy the dips, it may be the last chance any of us see such low cost shares available if my views on this situation are correct. Short term as in weeks to a few months due to shareholders perceptions now due to recent events over past months.

•Suspensions also bring either good or bad news, it’s not always a negative. But I’m this case I suspect it’s lack of current statements etc that the SEC wants to see. The SEC will tell us what it is next Friday if their request isn’t met. Then we will have some clarity on the temporary suspension.

• I can’t see CBBT going bankrupt during suspension after buying PKG, too much annual earnings to go bankrupt now and I’m sure with all the lawyers and financial advisors surrounding this deal someone would have thrown a wrench in it months ago if it was all BS.

We will have to just wait through it all and hold a bit longer unfortunately, When the suspension is lifted I’m assuming it should return with pink status and investors might want to then consider averaging down while PPS are so low if they are deep into this stock like the diamond hand I keep seeing here. I and other friends are holding on through this because we still believe FDA trials are coming and Clemons will follow SEC rules and obligations once everything is cleared up, how long that may take, I couldn’t begin to speculate.

So IMO this has just been a slough of negatives that Clemons has had to fight through coupled with being absolutely lazy with the PR and keeping shareholders reassured that all is well.

I’m going to hold right through suspension, I’m 300k shares deep and am waiting for next weeks dip to hopefully double down when the paper hands sell off, I can’t see this being a scam, definitely not the most professional way to go about such a deal with the lack of PR or haste on Clemons behalf, but not a scam.

Sorry everyone for the long story, I just thought I would share my views and see who agrees and disagrees, I would love to hear any and all logical arguments or opinions I may not be considering, thanks everyone and good luck over the next little while here.
