Truth is - that no one thought that Amarin could lose to Hikma Dr. Reddy (not even generics themselves).

Don't know if you were here at the time. JL (a very big voice at AMRN iHub - before he left) again and again argued for: Take the fight - don't back down .

Amarin lost and 'he left (couldn't handle the Law Nonsense he said).

This just to point out +90% of all knowledge in the patent field - said that Amarin would win the patent case.

Easy in hindsight to accuse JT and Bod for bad decisions 'why they didn't settle' afterwards :)
