Could NAK get access to the road being planned by Nova Gold to transport its gold ore?

Seem like someone on this blog has a good understanding of the area and the planned road system which could be used by Pebble and Nova Gold.

What about the 80 mile natural gas pipeline planned by both mines? Use this access and build a road which would be sufficiently wide for ore trucks?
