You still haven’t adequately addressed these two facts and questions which trumps all of your theories:

“Why didn’t Li take a salary as CEO?” if he is just out to screw investors.

Also if he was just after the IP, why intercede and slow the Cash burn and develop and implement a new strategy to lengthen the runway to give time for mass commercialization of Liquidmetal?

If he got all he wanted with IP, he could have simply let the company burn through the cash and collapse three years ago.
