When it's this obvious, don't you kind of feel the reality is often just sitting there staring you in the face? I mean, if it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck... it's usually a duck. I fear same applies here. And it is extremely easy to shield oneself from lawsuits.. simply put all assets into someone, or some other entities name and they are protected from lawsuits. I had first-hand experience with this. Unfortunately, from all I see with this ticker, barring some spectacular turn-around in how the company conducts itself... this one looks pretty grim. Not what I want... just facing the facts.
