8K & filings... Bombarding the company with demands for them to do 8k, filings, PRs, etc... not a wise decision, imo.

Realize that 8 years ago the company suffered a devastating breach of contract by Madero and it caused their business operations to come to a halt. I was a shareholder then and was sure my investment in UNDR, along with my daughter's money, was surely lost. And I only saw that the company filed the lawsuit last October when I checked Etrade for the first time in many years to see if I could determine the price I paid for a stock in order to write it off. It was not UNDR but it easily could have been based on my belief in what was going on with it and many other subpennies I had purchased back then.

Having the judge rule a week ago that the company was being awarded $16M in default judgment was a life-changing event for the company but they have many facets of their business plan to now implement. Bringing all their filings back to current is one of their main priorities as is starting the collection process for the $16M. But there are still many switches that can now be turned on with the winning of the lawsuit so they can get to the business of getting ships in the water to search for the treasures that were planned 8 years ago. They have had 8 long years to refine their plan, look for new opportunities, maintain and build new relationships with partners, investors, shipping companies, archeologists, Carribean countries, ATLIS technology refinement, professional services, and many other business plan components.

The daytrading shareholders want immediate news so they can make profits... I understand that completely and I have traded this stock several times mayself. But I also bought back in within the last week in the .007s, .006s, and .005s (missed the .004s but that is fine) because I do believe that the company WILL succeed in implementing their business plan and will be successful in finding treasures that will set their long-tern shareholders up for life. I will be one of them.

So I ask/recommend that you let the company do their work to get back to being a fully functioning company and collect their long-awaited funds from Madero Holdings. I believe there will be plenty of new longer-term shareholders that will be buying shares now and very soon to raise the stock price considerable. If you are a short-term trader, you will have plenty of opportunities to sell or even trade the stock as the MMs are still going to do their thing.

One last comment... there will be many that question the legitimacy of UNDR's management but ask yourself one question before you doubt them. How many small company CEOs that had their business operations be eliminated by a breach of contract like Herbert Leeming did find a way to fight back and win a lawsuit against a multi-national conglomerate like Madero Holdings. David vs Goliath is not even close! Herbert Leeming's guts and determination are the reason Undersea Recovery survived and it will be the reason it will succeed and find treasures. This is my opinion and belief. Good luck to you all...
