Dr. NB. Re Scott Honan's comment, "The rare earth products that are of most interest to the Company at present are Neodymium-Praseodymium (“NdPr”) oxide, Terbium oxide and Dysprosium oxide.", here is some relevant info. re these 3 REE's.

Neodymium-Praseodymium (“NdPr”) oxide:

"Neodymium and Praseodymium power the strongest types of rare earth magnets, which enable the conversion of electrical energy into motion via permanent-magnet motors. These motors power EVs and countless industrial processes."

Here is an analysis by Deloitte re the projected EV market by 2030.

Terbium oxide:

"Terbium is used to dope calcium fluoride, calcium tungstate and strontium molybdate, all used in solid-state devices. It is also used in low-energy lightbulbs and mercury lamps. It has been used to improve the safety of medical x-rays by allowing the same quality image to be produced with a much shorter exposure time."

Dysprosium oxide:

"Dysprosium is used, in conjunction with vanadium and other elements, in making laser materials and commercial lighting. Because of dysprosium's high thermal-neutron absorption cross-section, dysprosium-oxide–nickel cermets are used in neutron-absorbing control rods in nuclear reactors.[5][31] Dysprosium–cadmium chalcogenides are sources of infrared radiation, which is useful for studying chemical reactions.[4] Because dysprosium and its compounds are highly susceptible to magnetization, they are employed in various data-storage applications, such as in hard disks.[32] Dysprosium is increasingly in demand for the permanent magnets used in electric-car motors and wind-turbine generators.[33]"
