PLEASE READ: Yesterday's NioCorp PR matches AO's post today related to the Biden Administration (Re: "Clean Mining"). Thanks AO!

*POSTED BY ME YESTERDAY:

NioCorp's PR is the necessary "Kow-towing" to the Environmentalists as well as to the Biden Administration (IMHO). This isn't a bad thing at all...because this is the necessary "red tape" to cut through to get THE BIG FUNDING that we need. The entities investing in NioCorp will want to have this "Clean Mining" as part of the reason to invest/ to give the confidence to invest...due to U.S. Government/ Environmentalists expectations.

That being said, I see the PR focused on the above thoughts in my post; but ALSO SEE ADDITIONAL POSITIVE NUGGETS of Scott Honan mentioning the "NEW EMPHASIS AROUND THE RARE EARTHS". Though not new news as it pertains to Rare Earth, it does restate that NioCorp's mining mission spans beyond Niobium, Scandium, and Titanium. Also, Scott's comments pertaining to..."AFTER WITNESSING TESTING AT NRRI"...the High-Pressure Grinding Rolls (HPGR) HANDLING "THE ELK CREEK ORE QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY, WITH MINIMUM NOISE AND DUST"...IS GREAT NEWS!!!...ESPECIALLY TO APPEASE THE ENVIRONMENTALISTS AND THE BIDEN ADMINISTRATION. Here are the quotes in the PR:

“After witnessing testing at NRRI, I was impressed with how the HPGR was able to handle the Elk Creek ore quickly and efficiently, with minimal noise and dust,” said Scott Honan, NioCorp COO. “We look forward to completing this phase of the testwork and moving on to look at further improvements to the existing flowsheet, including our new emphasis around the rare earths.”

------------------------------

Here is the commitment (in the PR) to NioCorp's "Clean Mining":

HPGR technology is an energy efficient and low-emission alternative for reducing the size of the ore to enable the recovery of niobium, scandium, titanium, and potential rare earth products. The use of HPGR in the Project reinforces the Company’s commitment to the environment and designing a sustainable operation.

-----------------------------

Here is more (in the PR) on mining efficiency on NioCorp's further commitment to Rare Earth's:

The Company is currently evaluating next steps in its overall metallurgical testwork program, which will focus on optimizing and streamlining the existing processing flowsheet as well as establishing process routes for the potential recovery of rare earth products. The rare earth products that are of most interest to the Company at present are Neodymium-Praseodymium (“NdPr”) oxide, Terbium oxide and Dysprosium oxide. As previously announced, the Company has launched a review of the economic potential of expanding its currently planned product suite from the Project to also include rare earth products.
