Cox and ChanBond’s Patent Trial Halted in Anticipation of Settlement

Cox Communications Inc. and ChanBond LLC are all set to settle a patent dispute filed at the US District Court for the District of Delaware in the middle of a trial.
The companies jointly requested for a pause on the trial proceedings to be able to work out the settlement details in a dispute involving high-speed networking patents.
