Reef, there is nothing magic that happens at datalock in this regard.

What the FDA (and any real research) would say is that the endpoints can not be changed based on data from the trial. NWBO is saying they are "blinded". That is not the same as saying they do not know results that would lead them to change endpoints.

Anybody who knows biotech knows this is a comedy show. And many long posters here are just hoping for a greater fool.
