With the hundreds of different cannabis strains out there, you don't need a patent for one of the many notoriously high quality strains that everyone will be wiling to buy..

and you don't need a thousand workers, scientists, and executives with multi-million dollar salaries to grow one of them...

Patents in this industry are stock pumps.

in the future, if you want to keep selling at high retail prices and turn a profit..
its likely only these premium "backyard greenhouses" will survive.

ACB grows hundreds of thousands of cannabis plants across their massive grow spaces. These plants live in isolation, uncared for, all just subjects of mass production until harvest - which is fine because THC is THC - the true underlying and overvalued commodity here.

Meanwhile the "little backyard greenhouse" plants a few hundred cannabis plants, grows to quality with care, and turns huge profit.

maybe like Scotlands first medical farm https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=164263838 - but the greenhouse could be smaller - that little greenhouse is good for $81M/year, a bit to much to be considered "backyard"..

...

ACB could turn and be profitable (Its the most profitable industry out there). But they will never sell enough supporting its current $2B market cap.
