Aethlon Medical announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement with a single institutional investor for the purchase in a registered direct offering of 1,380,555 shares of its common stock, at a purchase price per share of $9.00, priced at-the-market under Nasdaq rules. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about June 14, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
