You guys just don't seem to understand, the shares are BEING HELD as collateral....... they WILL NOT be tradeable unless CBAY defaults on the note. Otherwise, they will be returned to CBAY, to be retired, to be used as a divi, to be used as collateral again? But they are NOT tradeable right NOW. And the La. deal, the FINALIZATION PR is still coming. When? Who knows, could be tomorrow, could be end of week, but it WILL happen. Soo, if these shares being sold are weak long, they will be chasing or just sorry. if they're shares being sold short, well all the better, the squeeze will make the run sweeter......
